Application Process

How it Works:

-You contact with us for program information and a screening interview.

-After the interview, we will show you complete descriptions of available jobs that meet your needs and qualifications

-You select a job and sign an agreement to accept it

-We will schedule another interview with you to ensure you meet the particular requirements for your job

-We collect all documents and fees for submission

-We assists with your visa application

-We provide you with support and pre-departure orientation before you leave for the U.S.A.

Full Service Placement

If you participate in the Full Service Placement program, your program fee covers:

* J-1 Visa sponsorship and processing

* Guaranteed job placement and housing

* 24 hour support and assistance

* A program completion certificate

* Insurance coverage for duration of program

* Process your J-1 Visa paperwork

* Prepare you for what to expect while working and living in the U.S.

* Help you apply for a Social Security Number when you arrive in the U.S.

* Assist with travel arrangements to your employer

Self-Arranged Placement

If you participate in the Self-Arranged Placement program, your program fee covers:

* J-1 Visa sponsorship and processing

* 24-hour support

* Insurance coverage for duration of program

Other Costs

You’ll be responsible for covering the costs of your:

* Travel to and from the U.S., as well as travel within the U.S.

* Housing (your employer will help you find affordable accommodations)

* Insurance

* Application processing fee

Specific costs vary, depending on where you are traveling from and where you are staying in the U.S.

Step 1: Register First!

Step 2: Send your Job Offer!

Once you have secured a job in the U.S., email us your job offer completed and signed by the Host Company for we to review. Once Exchange International has approved your job offer, we will contact you to schedule an interview to evaluate your English level.

Step 3: Enroll!

Now you are ready to enroll in the program!

Step 4: Send Applications!

Upon receiving payment, We will send you the application forms with to fill out truly and send us after complete your application and collect required documents, with your Job Offer with Host Company signature. We will review your documents and verify your job.

Step 5: Schedule Visa Interview!

As soon as you enroll in the program, make sure to contact the nearest U.S. Consulate to schedule your visa interview. The wait time for interviews may be longer than expected, and we want to ensure that you have enough time.

Step 6: Receive DS-2019 Form!

We will process your DS-2019 form, request your SEVIS receipt, and ship both items to the address you provided. Take these documents to your Visa Interview, and confirm your results and arrival information with us.

Step 7: Orientation!

Participate in an in-person or online orientation on the program as required by the U.S Department of State.
